Yes, depending on the plan you select, staff may have the option to add family members to their coverage. When choosing a plan, you’ll see both individual and family pricing options.

 

Our Healthip.one app, available for iPhone and Android, lets team members easily view all their benefits. They can also browse a list of hospitals and health facilities within their network. Find links to download the app in the footer of this page.

Absolutely. With Healthip.one, team members can access healthcare anywhere in Nigeria. Facilities across the country are included in their plans, so coverage travels with them.

If you stay healthy, enjoy our range of preventative benefits designed for your wellness at any time. These include gym access, spa treatments like massages and facials, and wellness checks. Each plan outlines the specific preventative benefits included.

Yes, you can add new employees during a coverage period with a pro-rated payment for the remaining time. However, if adding staff pushes you over 19 members, you’ll need to switch to one of our enterprise plans. Removals aren’t permitted mid-period, but if an employee has not yet claimed, you may transfer their coverage to a new hire.
